Shipping Policy

At this time we are only able to process domestic (USA) orders.

U.S. orders over $60.00 receive free shipping. Orders under $60 will be charged a $9 flat rate per order.

All orders are shipped and insured via USPS Priority Mail during normal business hours. You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail from our e-commerce system after placing your order. After your order ships you will receive a second set of e-mails from our shipping service to let you know that your order is on its way, with a USPS tracking number. We ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it and will let you know via e-mail if we are unable to do this. We post a notice on our Web site if we are on vacation or away.

Returns Policy

Did you not receive your order, were items missing or damaged? Please contact describing the issue with your order within 72 hours of receiving your shipment and we will issue a full refund for the missing items or send you a replacement. If you are approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Unfortunately, unless there is a problem with your order we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales on patterns, cut fabric and elastics are final.
