At this time we are only able to process domestic (USA) orders.
U.S. orders over $60.00 receive free shipping. Orders under $60 will be charged a $9 flat rate per order.
All orders are shipped and insured via USPS Priority Mail during normal business hours. You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail from our e-commerce system after placing your order. After your order ships you will receive a second set of e-mails from our shipping service to let you know that your order is on its way, with a USPS tracking number. We ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it and will let you know via e-mail if we are unable to do this. We post a notice on our Web site if we are on vacation or away.
Did you not receive your order, were items missing or damaged? Please contact Kay@Sew-What.fun describing the issue with your order within 72 hours of receiving your shipment and we will issue a full refund for the missing items or send you a replacement. If you are approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Unfortunately, unless there is a problem with your order we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales on patterns, cut fabric and elastics are final.
